Shipping and Return Policy

Return Requirements:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the customer receiving the order.

• Unopened Products: Must be returned in their original sealed packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Opened Products: Cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

• Return Requirements: All returns must include one of the following:

  • Packing slip

  • Order number

  • Full name & order date

• Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for properly packaging return items and purchasing insurance or Delivery Confirmation. We cannot issue credits for lost or damaged returns.

• Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Lost Shipments: If your order has shipped but has not arrived, please allow up to 45 days for a USPS claim to be processed.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us immediately upon receipt for resolution.
